Barrick, Ph.D. who has authored numerous articles and book chapters related to personality, work engagement and job performance, specifically in the areas of employee selection, turnover, and performance. This expertise is applied to help identify and fulfill your motivational needs. We work side-by-side with both the job seeker and the employer to develop a rigorously tested, comprehensive method for making sound hiring decisions based on a candidate’s fit to the organization to realize optimal engagement and productivity. Murray is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa (B.A. Business Management and Psychology) and The University of Akron (Ph. D. & M.A. Industrial/Organizational Psychology).
Samuel Minor leads daily operations of Lighthouse Assessments as Executive Director. Samuel is a graduate of the Univeristy of Wisconsin River Falls (B.S. Psychology) and Texas A&M University (M.S. Human Resource Management) and has both hands on and research experience in the HR field that has focused on personality differences, and its effects.
